Classes and coaches are so much fun. I never thought I'd enjoy treadmill based workouts, but I go 3-4 times a week!

I’ve been coming here since February and love it! I love that you can tailor each class to your own level, it’s a judge free environment and the coaches are really encouraging.

Stride is an amazing gym. Coach Jo plays great music, is super motivating, and is a great teacher and cheer leader. I love the combo classes, which are a mix of running and strength workouts. Overall, I really enjoy working out at Stride.

Stride fitness is a different and fun way to get your cardio in. The trainers are very motivational and is always willing to help. And they offer military discounts.

Stride was awesome. I am not much of a runner, and was skeptical at first... but Stride made running fun as well!! It was amazing to see your heart rates and how that changed over the workout.The instructor was so encouraging, and they also had an alternative to running, which was walking on an incline, if you got too tired.The treadmills are top-notch, and felt so much smoother & easy on the knees compared to the regular gyms.Overall, a fantastic experience with great machines & awesome instructors. I am hooked!

Stride was so much fun.. it was challenging but motivating.. it the coach was up beat and positive.. had charismatic vibes, kept the class entertained and motivated and pushed us when we needed it. I really appreciate that Stride has classes with just running and power walking exclusively as well as combo classes. I have a back injury that just can’t withstand rowers or too much HIIT, jumping or twisting. I signed up for monthly unlimited classes. I’m excited to pump up my cardiovascular health!

Stride is such a refreshing change to my normal workout routine! The coaches are amazing and I never realized a treadmill could be used for so much--walking lunges, side shuffles, etc in addition to the obvious running and walking. The combo class mixes in some fun strength training intervals! I love it!!
