Hands down the best circuit style gym in Dallas. I have classpass due to commitment issues, but I go to this gym nearly every week! I haven’t found anything that compares to it. The staff and members are all so friendly, and the classes have a lot of variety with just the right amount of difficulty. All of the instructors are great, but I’m pretty loyal to Ryan. He has a great energy and I always find his workouts fun and unique. He honestly treats every member like he’s their number 1 fan! If you are new to exercise or intimidated by the thought of trying a new gym do NOT hesitate to come here. It is such a supportive and judgment-free environment. I tell everyone I meet about this place and nobody has ever been disappointed!

My first experience at Training Mate was simply amazing. Ryan was my coach for my first visit and after training with him, I'm excited to sign up for an unlimited membership. I've worked out with countless trainers, HITT studios in the Dallas area, and this by far was my favorite workout experience in a group setting. Lower impact, but high intensity enough to burn 300+ calories. I'm excited to add Training Mate to my workout rotation. Thank you Ryan for being the ultimate hype man keeping me fueled and motivated through the workout!

A must experience HIIT gym class if you want to have a good time and get a challenging workout. The instructors are amazing and the community itself is a good time. Take friends with you and make new ones.

If you are the kind of person who hates laughing, positive energy, a welcoming environment, and a great workout, then I would recommend avoiding this studio because you will have a bad time.Luke Milton, and the entire coaching/Training Mate team, are high-energy, funny, and don't take themselves too seriously, which helps make the workouts really enjoyable. I find myself laughing most of the time during the 45-minute workout/comedy show. The spirit of this place is very unique, and very Australian, with a lot of thought and passion around self-improvement through fun, fitness, and fostering connection with others (your "mates"). Fitness doesn't have to be a beat-down, or something that you feel like you "have" to do. It can be something you look forward to, and Training Mate provides an outlet where that's possible. The workouts are also as intense as you make them and easily scalable if you're new to fitness. The people in the gym are very nice and friendly as well - a great place to meet people if you're new to Dallas or looking to branch out. They're very popular in California, and I can see why. Definitely would check this place out if you're thinking about it.

Honestly the best studio/group fitness class I’ve taken in Dallas! Luke Milton brings the energy as well as keep you honest with form. Which is SO refreshing in a group class. They give options to take your work up or down with modifications, so it’s cool that you can be there with friends of all fitness levels. Just zero ego about this place and so inclusive. The studio itself is beautiful - tons of showers if you have to bop off quickly. I haven’t down a PT session yet… but I got a tour of the space and I will definitely be hitting that up!

This place is amazing. Finally a gym that makes working out fun. The instructors are great, the community is strong and you will see results. Highly recommend Training Mate if you’re looking for an enjoyable workout. At the end of your first class you won’t be able to walk, but you will be smiling and so glad you came to class.

Training Mate is amazing! It is such a great workout. It is very HIIT focused, so think stations! It was accessible to all levels of fitness because of the variety of exercises and weight options. Luke is amazing! His accent (Australian) and fun sayings make the class so much more enjoyable.

Get ready for the most intense, engaging, entertaining workout of your life. The 45 minute workout ends as quickly as it begins with this unique layout of functional training. How Luke Milton and his trainers make magic in that room, I’ll never know. I’m in love with the 45:15 second intervals. My body has been subjected to this workout for two weeks now, and I’m literally watching my body morph in front of my eyes. You gotta give this place a try.
