This place makes my heart happy! I've been a member for a little over half a year and when I walk in I feel like I'm coming home to a second family. The majority of the people are super fit (not one of them but working there) proving that this place cultivates success. You never feel judged and the staff is always friendly and kind. The staff remembers details about you which shows that they care. I am generally able to hop on the machines I want right away (a few cases where the gym was really busy and I had to wait 5 minutes but happens once in a blue moon). The staff keeps the gym clean constantly. The classes are amazing and challenging. I honestly can't say enough good things about this gym. If you're debating on joining I'd tell you to go take a tour of the gym and it'll speak for itself.

cool!!!!I truly cannot say enough good things about this gym.I've lived in Dallas for ten years and went to the gym at SMU for 4 years and Equinox for 6 years before joining Trophy (Uptown). Everyone at this gym is incredibly helpful and supportive, from the owner, to managers, to trainers and staff. When I first joined, I started lifting weights more and was quite intimidated by exercises and equipment I had never used before. Several of the staff and trainers enthusiastically helped me.To date, I still forget something daily, whether it's my earphones, a hair tie, or water. They have a special stash of extras on hand and are always accommodating. I actually once forgot my shoes and one of the trainers let me borrow hers (yes, I wore them)! It was definitely awkward but terribly nice...all so I wouldn't miss my workout. They probably don't know this but these small acts are incredibly motivating--I feel like this whole slew of people are rooting for me and my fitness. One of the trainers, Jackson, is usually at the front desk when I go and he takes good care of me--and every guest. He greets people by name with a huge smile. Another trainer, Jarett has been a huge encouragement and always available to talk goals!Joining Trophy has been a real life-change for me, mostly because I enjoy working out there and going to the gym is now one of the best parts of my day. I actually look forward to it. In my world where clients have constant demands and my three babies need 100% of my attention, Trophy is where I can focus on myself and my physical and mental health.

I recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about fitness and who loves the camaraderie of great, friendly coaches who are able to get to know the people at the gym individually. Here are some of the key differentiators for me:- Super flexible with your schedule (I've never had a problem rescheduling a work out when I travel)- Customized workout for me- Great motivation from the trainers and your group members. I always stumble out feeling like I got a good work out and my money's worth- Overall, positive vibe from the whole place!

Best gym I've been a member of. I've been a member at mostly larger gyms all over the country in the past, but decided to look at Trophy when I moved to Dallas. I typically utilize free weights and treadmills. I was slightly concerned that this gym was smaller at first, but don't let this keep you away. It's a very personable gym with plenty of room. It's never overly packed and I never had issues waiting for weights/squat rack. The staff and trainers here are fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and always ready to help out. This gym is kept extremely clean all of the time. Most of the time you will feel like the only person working out here. That is how well you are treated. Do yourself a favor and join here!

I've been a member for 10 years - clean facilities, great equipment, wonderful staff, professional trainers. Clientele that is interested in getting a workout in, not ogling each other - or themselves for that matter.

I've been a member at Trophy Fitness since 2009 and have really benefited from the wide range of classes offered and nutrition advice from the trainers. Over the years, I have attended classes at Mosaic, Elevation, and the Uptown location. All gyms have great trainers that push you to get the most of out of your workout while placing an emphasis on proper form to avoid injury. I've seen the most change in my fitness since Trophy introduced their large group workouts in late 2012 that utilize kettlebells, TRX, and other dynamic exercises to improve strength and cardio. I also really like the yoga classes offered that are included as part of the membership and are offered throughout the week.

I have been a member of Trophy Fitness for 5 years and spend my lunch hours there every day. It is a very friendly and comfortable place to work out, exceptionally well-maintained and clean. With windows on three sides, it is like being outside when you work out even though you are warm or cool inside. They open the doors on all sides on nice days and the fresh air is wonderful. I do wish the music wasn't so loud and obnoxious, can't hear my own music on my iPod without blasting my ear drums; otherwise, I love it!!!

I recently joined Trophy Fitness, and I love it. I work out five days a week now. I went to check out the Uptown gym to see if it was the place for me. The second I walked through the door, all of the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I received a tour of the Uptown facility, a free seven day pass to try out the gym, and got in contact with the head trainer for a complimentary fitness consultation. The equipment is great, and even though the Uptown location is small, I can always find a cardio machine. I played golf in college, and I am excited to get back in to shape after being out of the game for a few years. I am very glad I joined this gym!
