Great place to workout out, until they added extra fees. I pay $170 a month already, now I have to be charged for Matt and towel rentals or bring my own towels. Which adds an extra load of laundry each week as if my schedule isn’t hectic enough. I get unlimited classes so to bring a towel 5-6x a week when I have a membership for UNLIMITED classes is ridiculous.

Worst cycle class I’ve ever been too. I got absolutely no run down on the bike. The class instructor asked if I had been to a cycle class. Before I could even finish, she started the class with absolutely no review of what to expect. I’ve …

I love going to TruFusion and taking Jenn’s spin class! It’s challenging but fun at the same time! I love everything about this place minus the $30 fee they charge you if you miss a class. Life happens. But other than that this place is great!

Starting with the positives, the trainers here have terrific attitudes, and I really enjoyed working with each of them. They radiate positive and encouraging vibe and really seem passionate. The negative really began with the quality of the front desk peeps who aren’t trainers. The trainers are always super nice and happy to see you return to their class. The non-trainers have the worst attitude I’ve experienced in a long time. The glare, slow reaction, unwelcoming attitude, and they don’t even greet you when you walk in, unlike the trainers who are always happy to see you! Then came COVID, at first, they were really responsible allowing members to freeze their membership until they’re comfortable. Came October, the attitude changed and they required that we return regardless of concern for clients health. I see a lot of reply to the poor review using their COVID policies as shield saying they care for their clients, but it’s pretty clear that they only care about revenue. As someone who has worked in healthcare for over 10 years, I can’t morally recommend a place like this.
