If you're looking for a juice bar and heated towels, look else where. But if you want a gym that's clean with a lot of light and a lot of equipment, this 24 hour fitness is great!

Manager was pretty rude when I tried to sign up. She was trying to make me pay a whole ton of money when I knew for a fact I can get a more affordable deal . When I disagreed on the price she gave me she just crossed her arms and stared at me and stopped talking . She didn't walk me out or anything. She just sat with a serious stare and didn't say a word . Very unprofessional. Glad the Oakland 24 hour actually tried to help and gave me a deal that was more convenient and made sense .

Small gym, no pool or basketball court. They have a small mirrored workout room. Usually pretty clean and only really crowded around 5pm on weekdays. Staff is mostly young and good looking.

They just lost me as a member for a few reasons. First of all, there is hardly any variety in their classes. People cannot live by Zumba alone. One of the instructors actually told me that the instructors need to get certified to teach other classes. Secondly, corporate office, is there a reason you choose not to answer emails back? Way to go in the customer service department and to hang on to customers. Thirdly, when there is a last minute schedule change, how about instead of the front desk giving attitude (uh Carlos) how about you actually update it? Fourthly, the management chooses to do nothing about the barbarians constantly slamming the equipment down trying to prove their manhood, or lack thereof. This has created such a noisy environment, but the front desk nor management seems to care or want to do anything. No problem guys, I just cancelled my membership and just joined one of your rivals. Keep up the good work!

It's getting better with the new machines. However, the showers need help.Update (10/10/2023): It got worse. Men's bathroom is nasty. Half the treadmills are broken.
