This place is never cleaned. Trash is never picked up and everything just collects dust. The bathrooms are the same and something is always broken. I’ve never seen an employee there actually working. They always just hangout like it’s social hour. The staff never wear uniforms so you can’t tell who’s who, and the unprofessionalism reflects on the atmosphere. Weights are never put back and there isn’t even the proper amount of racks. The way the gym is run is reflective of the people that work out here. The gym culture is just a bunch of people who are sloppy and take zero pride in the place. They leave trash, sweaty equipment, bottles everywhere, slam weights, get chalk everywhere. There aren’t many real lifters, more so the type of people that just like to get done up and put on a fashion show, rather than really work out. They only have two benches that are always being used, generally by people that are using them inappropriately for something other than chest. The wait is usually an hour. There are more tripods and TikToks being filmed than actual lifters. The gym has a framed “BBB” accredited certificate displayed in the lobby and yet, upon looking them up in the database, they’re nowhere to be found. This location needs to step up their game. The uncleanliness and unprofessionalism is so disappointing.

Gym is very dirty. Men's bathroom is full of mold, constantly filthy, and fixtures are frequently broken for extended periods of time. Machines are in poor repair with wobbly seats and poorly fitting and mismatched pins. Dumbbells and barbells are fine, I suppose, but how could you screw those up? About 20% of the ellipticals and treadmills are typically out of service, and many of the ones in service have unrepaired damage (e.g. broken heart rate monitors, non-functional buttons, missing pads, etc). Only 3 racks, so you're usually going to be waiting quite a while if you want to do barbell lifts. Paper towels are frequently unstocked and sanitizing solution spraybottles are often broken or empty, so it's not always easy to wipe down the equipment after use.

24 Hour Active gym not too far from the seaside. Definitely the smallest of all 24s I've been to. Only 3 squat racks here.

The place is a pit. No ventilation. It smells. Half of the 12 treadmills are either broken or out of balance and they are never maintained.

Some people think this is Golds or World's gym and constantly drop the heavy weights or hog the middle of the weight room area to do their deadlifts. Worse is those who bring their chalk and leave the bar, dumbbells and floor area covered in chalk at the end.

Most of the bikes in the spin classes need repair. I've sent many requests to repair them. Nothing done. Local staff and instructors are wonderful. Look elsewhere for a spin class

This gym is filthy. The equipment is old and needs maintenance. There is no hand sanitizer or sanitizing wipes to clean the equipment. All the paper towel dispensers are broken. The lady's bathroom is disgusting and needs some serious cleaning and disinfecting - I asked staff members to have it clean, and they said they don't have janitors - It makes sense why the whole gym is so filthy.
