I absolutely LOVE hotworx! Such an amazing detox, a great workout and a clear mind! I plan on continuing to make hotworx a major part of my health and wellness journey.

Friendly staff, clean facility, awesome short but effective workouts! I've been going for a little over a month, night and day the facility is always in top shape. LOVE the 24/7 access & ease of booking in the app, very safe location. All of the ladies have been very helpful & responsive to all of my phone, message & in person newbie questions. Very impressed!

I love HOTWORX! I've been a member since January 2021 and it's a great refuge in the cold winter months. It helps me cross train all year round and the infrared heat enhances my outside summer running.

My husband and I have been members of the Bettendorf HOTWORX family for a little over a year now and can’t say enough great things about it. 24/7 safe and secure members only access is awesome when you are busy parents, you are easily able to work out on YOUR own schedule. The staff is incredible, so friendly and easily accessible if help is needed.Now the workout….Wow! It’s like no other exercise experience. The saunas are hot up to 130 degrees but it’s a different kind of heat, not thick air like a regular sauna. The infrared saunas have virtual classes lasting anywhere from 15-30 minutes. They offer 10 (soon 11) different types workouts appealing to everyone and also offer their FX zone.There is room for up to 3 people per sauna, I am often by myself when I go but always enjoy sharing a session with someone else as well. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting some great people and look forward to seeing everyone during the week!This is truly the best workout ever, I feel accomplished, rejuvenated mentally and physically and all around amazing! Run don’t walk to HOTWORX Bettendorf. You won’t be sorry!

This place is awesome! It is open 24/7 so you can always find time to fit your busy schedule. The staff is courteous, helpful, and kind! The 3D training in the heated saunas takes a bit to get used to, but it becomes very addicting. I have so much more energy and feel like a Warrior when I leave a sweat session! And you will sweat ALOT!

Hotworx is an amazing place to work out! The right size crowd, the comfort of your own workouts, when you want them! The front desk staff is Amazing! Ashley & Camille go above and beyond! I love hotworx! The staff here is amazing and always helpful! It is a clean environment, towels and cleaner always available. I love fitting a good work out into 15-30 minutes! Also, a huge plus is that you can go 24 hours, unlimited at a great price. I would definitely recommend!

I'm a healthier person thanks to the many results and benefits: stress relief, muscle recovery, detoxification, cellulite reduction, skin rejuvenation, and improved circulation.The studio is open at all hours every day. I feel safe if I'm the only person in the studio because only staff and members have access to unlock the door. There's a shower available if needed.I can sign up or cancel classes through an app on my phone. I can take a 15 minute cardio class or a 30 minute isometric workout. Instructors change every 6-8 weeks and modifications are suggested. I can earn rewards to use toward my monthly membership fee, products, or clothing.The owner holds contests or specials every month to keep the studio fun and exciting. The owner and staff greet you before and after your workout and work hard to keep the studio clean and tidy and saunas and equipment up and running.

I’ve been a member for a couple months now & I really enjoy HOTWORX! It’s a quick in & out workout, great for all lifestyles & a nice mix of slow, controlled movements or high intensity cardio. I see a lot of familiar faces which makes working out more fun & the staff is friendly, helpful & they know us members by name. Give it a try. I bet you’ll like it!

Beware, you may become a Hotworx addict like me!I love that this studio is available 24 hours, 7 days a week and there's a wide variety of classes to choose from.There are many other benefits with the infrared sauna heat besides that it detoxifies and helps with muscle recovery so you don't feel as sore compared to other workouts.The owner and staff are nice, helpful, take pride in making sure everything is clean, equipment is reliable, and take extra good care of their members with contests, discounts, and offer other healthy opportunities.
