I used the gym as a guest while staying at the Holiday Inn - Rock Island. Hotel guests can use it for free, although they also offer day passes. I liked it. It's not fancy, but it wasn't crowded, the staff was friendly, and it had everything I needed. It's smaller than its sister gym in Bettendorf, but the proximity to the Holiday Inn makes it far more convenient for me since I like having a hotel with a full service gym. Gym members can also use the hotel pool

The staff is very kind and are very informative about fitness. I almost feel like it's a private gym because I never have to wait for any equipment and there is barely any one there when I go. In addition, it's always clean.

I met your team at the river bandits game I own a business there and the girl that was a personal trainer at your bettendorf location made me give you guys a shot... I went the the r.I. location two months ago because i live in the district and the girl at the desk left a bad taste in my mouth so I didnt join... but your crew at the river bandits sold me.... I will be there Tuesday to join....
