One of the best jiu jitsu schools in the State, by far one of the most organized and well run establishments, amazing professors, and extraordinary owners and that put their heart into this school and it shows, facility is also clean and a great place for kids.

There's something special and unique about the GB Davie school! I'm not talking about the location but the people, the culture that is being established at this Jiu Jitsu school! Brad and Leila (Owners) have created an atmosphere of caring and sharing. Where else will you have two Black Belt instructors that are both ranked in the Top 10 of their respective IBJJF international divisions? Professors Fabiano and Leo are not only excellent practitioners but when teaching have an understanding of each students strengths and weaknesses and strive successfully to make sure that each and every one of us are attaining the level of progress that we are capable of. Professor Brad takes each new student and introduces them with individualized training to the Art of Jiu Jitsu. For myself, after a 3 year pause due to the pandemic, I went to a GB close to home where Prof Leo was teaching. When he left and joined the BG Davie team, I followed this January with the dream of competing at the IBJJF Pan Ams 3 months later. These guys pushed me, helped me to prepare, and Prof Leo was there in my corner as I took double Gold and awarded me my Brown Belt on the podium! But these accomplishments are those of the school, the professors and the students. So if you're looking for the exceptional - a Jiu Jitsu school that you will grow with, not get beat up and meet and get to know a great group of people- this is the place!!! OSSSS!!

Gracie Barra Davie is seriously awesome! The professors there are patient, kind and helpful. They take their time to make sure the kids have fun while they learn, and with the older kids, they give individual attention to each one to make sure they're getting it right. They're always super nice and supportive, which creates a really great vibe.I love that they have a lot of girls in every age group. As a parent, this is really important to me because I want my daughters to learn the importance of self-defense and feel empowered to defend themselves if necessary without feeling self conscious when they take their class. They not only teach Jujitsu but also instill important life skills like discipline, self-confidence, and respect.My oldest daughter has gained so much confidence since she started training there, and my youngest is always talking about how much fun she has with Professor Fabiano and Professor Leo.This is a family-owned place, so you feel that warmth and hospitality when you walk in the door. Plus, all the kids there are super friendly and always happy to help each other out.Honestly, Gracie Barra Davie is the perfect spot for the whole family to train. Leila and Brad have created an environment that's chill, supportive, and fun. So much so that my kids never want to leave after class! We recently enrolled our 4 year old daughter in GB Davie and have been to all of her classes to see her acclamate. She is having alot of fun and learning Jiu Jitsuat the same time, as well as responsibility, consistancy, respect, and many other very important lessons. My husband has trained Jiu Jitsu for many years and was also highly impressed. He says the professors and all staff are amazing people and its the school HE also wants our daughter in. We are very happy to be a part of GB Davie and you will be too.

My son enjoys the training and wants to go every day to practice. He has learned a lot in a short time and is eager to continue competing. They are the best professors and coaches in the world! It is something I would recommend to all my friends.

By far the most amazing, welcoming, and friendly Gracie Barra school we have ever been to. The professors are fantastic, knowledgeable, patient, helpful and encouraging. More stars needed! I can’t stress how amazed my Wife and I are with this organization! It is the ultimate in countless ways! We brought our two sons ages 8 and 10 for a trial class and they were instantly hooked! From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like part of a very special family! Fast forward almost 4 weeks and 18 classes later, I can’t believe how far our sons have come! They are flourishing under the Professors. Their little bodies/minds are are attaining gains such as much better stamina, reflexes, muscle gain/memory, and they have calmed down and relaxed in many ways. Anxiousness and restlessness are a thing of the past! And in such a short period! I can’t wait to watch them continue to evolve on their journey here! Thank you so much to this wonderful family here! What a great start! My 7yr old son and 5 yr old daughter have been having a blast. The owners Leslie and Brad are the nicest people and truly care about thier students. You don't feel like just another number here. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to start out. They make you feel right at home. Class sizes are kept smaller so its not so intimidating. Keep up the great work!

Gracie Barra Davie is a great place to get on the mats and start training. It had been 5 1/2 years since the last time I trained BJJ and the team there has made it a really easy transition back into it! Great coaches, great students, great owners!
