Hyves Fitness is the type of gym that I have been looking for for a long time. The workouts are really challenging and very dynamic, the improvements are noticeable right away. In addition, the people who go and the coaches create a very good atmosphere, which encourages you to continue improving. 100% recommended!!!!

I’ve been at Hyve for just about a month now and all I can say is WOW. Willie truly cares about everyone’s individual goals and helps adjust your workouts & nutrition based on your personal needs. Going to the gym is always so fun now with the energy there is at Hyve. I’m excited to see what progress I can achieve with Willie & Hyve!!

Great space! Classes aren’t packed, good mix of cardio and weights, and you burn a good amount of calories for 45 minutes. Definitely a place to try out!

Extremely satisfied with HIIT training at HYVE. Location is convenient for me. HIIT training is definitely intense but short, sweet and to the point. I feel so much better when leaving class. I loved the fact you have a 3 day trial. When I start my training I get into a zone and push my self to the best of my abilities. Coaches are always able to modify movements based on your needs and physical situation.
