Machine Fitness is a great environment and has an amazing coach who works with you to achieve the goals you want. The exercises are challenging but not overbearing. I’ve learned a lot of nutrition information as well that will not only help my fitness goals now but also better my fitness life over time. I would recommend Machine Fitness to anyone I know 10/10 it was such a great experience. Just give them a call and speak to Coach Mike.

Machine Fitness has completely changed my outlook on staying fit and surpassed my expectations of what a fitness program should consist of. A few months with Machine Fitness resulted in weight loss, improvement with posture, and eliminated pain associated with a previous ankle injury. Mike is knowledgeable, dedicated, and passionate about training. Machine Fitness is where you should be!!

Machine Fitness is not just fitness, it’s family! Through accountability there is love and support from not just Coach Mike, but also everyone in the training process. Machine Fitness helped me find me again, and fall back in love with myself and my health! Very flexible schedule and classes to ensure you get that daily workout. If you stick with the fitness and nutrition plan you WILL see results. 10/10 Recommendation.

You definitely get an amazing workout while training at Machine Fitness. Michael goes above and beyond to make sure you are doing each workout correctly and efficiently. I have been very satisfied with my results thus far and if you’re looking for motivation, results and a place where you are trained by the best; Machine Fitness is where’s its at.
