As a member of this gym for 10 years I can say with full confidence that whether you’re an athlete, competitor, or just someone looking to improve themselves physically and mentally, this is the place to go. Coach Jeremy Herring is one the most knowledgeable and well rounded coaches I have had the pleasure of not only working with but being trained by. This gym has produced and worked with NFL, UFC, MLB, and top collegiate athletes all over the country.

I have been training at PSA for about three years now and the facility and people are top notch. They have all the equipment you need for raw powerlifting or strength training. The owner is very knowledgeable and always willing to give advice to help you progress. The other members are all very knowledgeable and always willing to lend a hand. If you are a serious athlete and looking for a serious gym this is the place for you. There is no other place to train in south Florida.
