I have been training at Pure Muscle, with Isaac for the last three years. I've committed to personal training with him, twice a week and it has paid off! He pushes me way harder than I ever would myself. Somehow, even after three years, I still manage to get sore from my workouts. He always changes up the exercises, so it's hard to get bored.
