This is by far one of the best gyms in South Florida. This is a true area where you arent judged for your inabilities or lack of skill. Alfredo and his team will go out of their way to accommodate or modify exercises/movements in a manner that is best suited for you.

I have been at Speedemon ever since it opened with Coach Alfredo. I have made vast improvements in CrossFit and have obtained many physical goals that I wanted to achieve here with the help of the coach and the athletes that go here. I love the challenge of the workouts and love the fact that I have become a better athlete which is my passion. This is a place for all levels of fitness. Great gym, atmosphere, athletes and Coach so come out and give it a try!💪🏻

There is so many gyms out there but they don't have a coach like Alfredo. Don't trust me go check out yourself and post your review.

I LOVE this gym. The owner/coach Alfredo is extremely knowledgeable. The programming will make you stronger and leaner very fast. The members are very friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend it.

Speedemon Sports has become my second home. The coach is professional and makes sure he give his 100% to all athletes, so that we can preform at our best. All athletes cheer each other on, and push each other when we most need it. You will be challenged with exceptional programming and keep coming back for more! There is no place like it. Great Crossfit and Aerobic capacity training. Coach Alfredo is a miracle worker who can transform your strength abilities as well as your physique. Love having a gym with my workouts already planned for me, as well as a small class setting to get more one on one time.

Alfredo is an outstanding coach. I have worked with him before and have never seen someone so passionate about what he does. The first thing he ever said to me was "I love this stuff" and I'll never forget that. He's built an incredible business starting from his garage and now owning his own warehouse gym and looking to expand simply because he's so knowledgable and great at coaching (which is an art in itself) and it's all due to the fact that more and more people are training with him. I always love working out there because the workouts are so fun and all the athletes there are so nice and welcoming. Alfredo is also really good at helping people reach their goals because he is always learning! Can't wait to go back there.

Phenomenal gym! A little pricey compared to other gyms but once you start you will understand that this is no ordinary one! The coach, Alfredo, pays close attention to how each individual completes the workout and will help anyone improve their techniques. It is like having a personal trainer without the crazy cost! This gym welcomes everyone from beginners to pros! We are all one big family!
