Firstly, Miss Sue was incredible! My daughter loved the entire preschool readiness experience, and so did I. There aren't enough amazing things to say about the class, everything from Miss Sue's warm inviting energy, to the way that she was able to lead the children with fun interaction. The kids gravitate towards her, and her passion for the role is overpoweringly evident. Dancing, storytime, bubbles and more. This was so much fun. Thank you.

Casey is an amazing trainer and the Wednesday barbell class may be my favorite gym class ever. Mobility, stretching, strength work with no gimmicks.

Fantastic workout experience with incredible staff! There's a diverse range of classes to choose from, and the instructors pay attention and lead you through each exercise routine. Highly recommend!

I was really impressed with this place! Very friendly and professional staff; not pushy yet informative. I was referred here by a friend; we took a pilates class with Ms. Sally Reed. It was fantastic. She assisted me throughout the whole class with the machine (which takes getting used to; I'm a pilates newb). I liked pilates because it is little to no impact -- you use a machine with springs. As a person with tons of injuries from my past active life, this was just what I needed to get back into exercise. I haven't worked out in quite some time so pilates was a great introduction back into movement and strengthening. I look forward to my next class!

Definitely only a business, only worried about getting their money. If they have the ability to offer a one- time waiver or even just provide a helpful alternative, they won't. This is not the local business you want to support. Maybe if they just tried to be human it would have been nice.

Terrible welcome for a new member! The manager would not work with me to roll over my classes for my first month onto my second month. I had a contagious cough and informed the manager I could not attend because I did not want to infect anyone. I cancelled my membership now since they did not value me as a customer.
