I've spoke to a couple employees about cancelling my membership. They take my name and number but never contact me I asked to cancel at the beginning of the year as I've moved but here it is October and I'm still being charged. That's over$600 for a gym I can't use. I've even drove to the gym over an hour away multiple times just to get my name and number written down and no action taken.

I've been to over 50 anytime fitness locations, and this is one of the best. It's clean, members are courteous, and management is fantastic.Update 1: I wanted to do an update after being at this gym for 3 years. It's still as clean and friendly as my original review.

It is a pleasure to share my experience regarding Bellbrook Anytime Fitness. I have been a member of the organization for over 15 years. I believe in the concept and have been pleased with the atmosphere and quality of options for exercise. When my job location changed three years ago, I choose to attend the Bellbrook Anytime Fitness. The first day I went, I was immediately greeted by John who welcomed me. As time went on it is obvious that John, Lisa and the staff are invested and committed to making the environment “member” focused. They are committed to keeping the facility clean and that all members feel safe. Like Cheers, it is nice to come to a place where everyone knows your name and cares about your wellbeing. I appreciate the opportunity that is offered and Lord willing I will continue my membership for years to come:-)
