The customer service at This Planet Fitness is nonexistent. If you have a problem with your membership or if you need help forget it! They are definitely not service-oriented at all. I am glad I am moving to the Sugar Creek Location as they are SO NICE!

Though no trainers but equipments are excellent. Friendly staff, always ready to listen and help.

It’s planet fitness. So not much to say. But, I will say, the staff here does not walk around and clean as much as they should. As a former gym owner, just bothers me a bit. Equipment is pretty dusty. And their paper towels used to wipe equipment off, it’s like tissue paper and disintegrates when wet.

Never seems overcrowded. The equipment is kept clean and working. The staff is friendly and helpful most of the time. The tanning lights are kept updated, none are weakened compared to each other. The downside isn't easily visible. Machines are kept clean but the rest not do much. The floors look clean but whenever I leave the bottoms of my shoes are black. And in one of the showers someone had used some sort of gel to make a smiley face on the wall, when I came back 2 days later it was still there. Also I've noticed that no matter how full it is it always shows not many people there on the app. This is because regulars just walk in with a wave and don't scan in.

Nice gym but bathroom/showers smell like a dead body been there for months leaking roof everywhere going 4 yrs.. Good staff tho

So, I don’t normally tan but I am leaving for vacation in a week and a half so I thought I would work on some color. However, I go in at 6:00 wait for 5 minutes before someone comes to the desk and then I am told I can’t use the tanning beds because they close at 6. He said they close for 5 hours and then open again at midnight. And they shut down the tanning beds at 6:00 so they can clean them ( guess those 5 hours they are closed aren’t to deep clean anything). Shouldn’t I be able to use all services that I pay for during open hours? I shouldn’t have to guess or be limited. It would be like going to the restaurant and being told they are not serving food because it is an hour before they close. I am so over poor customer service from businesses who forget they are there to provide a service that is convenient for us and not them. The guy at the front desk was perfectly nice and I know he doesn’t make the rules. Location Lyons Road, Centerville.
