The owner is outright disrespectful and, in my opinion creepy. He timed how long it took for me to make a bowel movement (20-25 min) and confronted me about it, wanting to verify that I actually had a membership while I was still seated. Then timed how long it took me to take a shower (about 30 min) and again confronted me about it.He threatened to lock me out. Kept telling me the location was, "not a rest area/truck stop" and that I couldn't, "just hang out", which I wasn't. I don't appreciate being treated like a loiterer when I wasn't doing anything of the sort.I used the restroom because I had to and didn't spend any longer in there than was necessary. I exercised, like people do at gyms and showered off the sweat after exercising which is why the showers are there in the first place. The funny thing is, the gym was completely empty; No one even could've been waiting on me. The time I spent there couldn't have been a burden to anyone! Yet he felt the need to make it an issue.I said there were no signs indicating there was a 30 minute limit to which he told me he, "...Owned the d*mn place!" Just to show you his level of professionalism.I've been a member with Anytime for close to 2 years and have been to locations all across the country and this was easily the worst one I've been to.This location is the lowest rated location in Dayton for a reason.Your time will be better spent at a different location.Stay Away.

Local "management" is highly unprofessional. From labeling a treadmill as off-limits to members and calling it the property of a single, privileged member (who leaves her gym bag on it when she's not there so others can't use it) to their absolute refusal to clean the place, this location is terrible. The gym itself smells like they're using a plug-in to cover up sweat and mold. Check out the hair and grime in the attached photos of my review and one from another member posted 4 months prior to mine. Head to Planet Fitness is Huber. It's 7 minutes in the other direction, clean and half the price.

I travel to AF all over the country and this one is the dirtiest I’ve been in. I hope this location takes this information and improves themselves rather than taking it as an insult.

I’m sorry, but this gym is an absolute disaster. The equipment is OLD. I swear the bike was going to fall apart while I was riding it. There aren’t paper towels to wipe down equipment, just orange towels with the spray everyone is supposed to reuse. I ended up leaving a quarter of the way through my workout because it was so frustrating.

The gym itself isn’t bad. Equipment is new, nice and clean. I like anytime fitness since I travel a lot so I can stop before work, workout and shower. However, this gym has by far the WORST bathrooms. The toilets are gross. You can tell they never actually clean around the toilet and the showers are actually nasty. I’m not sure who cleans the bathrooms but they need to bump up the game.

This gym is very spacious and clean. I love the updated equipment and especially watching the Silver Sneakers class. I will definitely make this my gym when I am in Dayton, OH.

Not the best one I’ve been to, but it’s ok. Lots of dudes using all equipment for half sets and not wiping them down. Not sure if they’re done with them or not. And they stand around socializing and sharing pictures/videos. Gym etiquette 101; if you’re gonna have a 10 minute conversation, move off the floor clearly away from the equipment so people trying to get work in can get it done. Go to Planet Fitness for that.

I'v attended the gym in Dayton OH of N Dixie dr by fortunate accident because my home gym been closed for 2 months now and I was surprised to find out its 1 of the best AF gyms around the country, gym managers Willie & Ryan Simpson been very helpful and obviously understand how tough to stay without exercising in now pandemic days

It's a solid 3 gym. It is smaller and has plenty of machines. The free weight area is pretty cramped if more than 2 people are using at the same time. 1 squat rack and a Smith machine. Dumbbells only go up to 100, if you are passing through it is good, but if you are a more serious lifter I would find another gym. Everything was clean.

This gym sucks. I've been coming here the past two years and nothing has changed. Aside from the dumbbells, the equipment is old and beat up. They have one power rack and it is in pretty poor condition. Besides, good luck being able to use it. There is always someone on it no matter what time of the day I go. The gym is not staffed, so if you have any issue or want to cancel your membership, you have to e-mail or call them. And from my experience, it takes them forever to get back with you. All in all, I'd go make another Anytime Fitness location your home club. I visit the one in Springboro and Kettering often and they are far better.
