Coach Riley is very harsh to the children and very rude when dealing with the parents. She is the owners daughter. There is no way to avoid her as she is also the main person in charge. There was a situation where my child ran out of practice crying. I asked to quickly speak to Riley so she could answer a question so my child would return to practice. She did not want to speak to me and said she was in the middle of practice. She could not take 2 minutes away from practice to show the least concern for a student who ran off crying (there was another coach present).She also has children do push ups for every little mistake. Little 5 year olds constantly doing push up.Also, class time changed 3 months into the season. Classes ending at 9pm on Tuesday school night does not work well.. especially for the many parents that travel 30+ minutes to the gym.

GFTF & Blitz Athletics was my home for over 15+ years. They have an incredible staff and positive learning environment. The coaches go above and beyond to provide a safe and fun experience for all of the athletes.

Blitz Athletics (GFTF) was my home for many years. Shannon and Mike treated me like family and the gym was always my safe space to learn and grow in. Not only was an I athlete in this gym, but I also came back to coach as well. The Kincaid family has created an incredible environment for athletes of all ages to learn and excel in and I so blessed to be a part of their legacy.

My daughter has grown so much in the last couple of years here. She truly enjoys her coaches and teammates and loved doing competition cheer this season! They push her to be better and teach her mind over matter.

My daughter started gymnastics here in 2011, joined the Blitz competition squad in 2015 and now in 2023 she performed her last routine as a senior with Blitz athletics cheer. Our family loved being apart of this gym. The owners and coaches invest in their athletes and help them grow personally and in athletic skill. The friendships, memories, and life skills my daughter learned here will be with her forever. She loved Blitz cheer and we had years of positive experiences here!

We love Blitz! We started with gymnastics in the fall of 2020 and three years later we are in gymnastics and competitive cheer. Coach Ryley is fantastic with my daughter. She is encouraging and fun. She is firm with the girls and has a passion for pushing them to make sure their skills are top notch. My daughter has progressed so much since we started and I can’t wait to see where Blitz takes us. If you’re looking for a place, I couldn’t recommend it more.

My 3 year old daughter loves going to gymnastics!! She has learned so much within a year and Coach Ryley has been fantastic! Coach Ryley does a great job working with all the kids that attend the class, regardless of each kids skills or abilities. We look forward to continuing gymnastics here!

I just took my daughter to her firstParent & Tot Gymnastics Class and we really enjoyed our time there and everyone was very welcoming and Coach Ryley was very hands on and made our experience amazing and we’re excited to continue going there 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My daughter loves this gym and the coaches! She did tumbling for years, now on the in house cheer team, and hoping to try out for the competition team in the spring. She decided to have her 7th birthday party there this weekend and everything turned out perfect! We had kids ranging from 2 to 13 which can make it difficult finding something that they'll all enjoy. Even my oldest, the teen, who claimed she would NOT be participating beforehand, was out there having a BLAST. Lol we couldn't have been happier and the birthday girl said she wants to have her party there again next year!
