Great customer service! I bought a Precor elliptical from him and he delivered it locally for free. When I realized it didn’t have a feature that I wanted, he fixed up another one and delivered that one too! If you want commercial gym equipment at a fraction of the price, buy here. If I need anything else, I will look here first. Excellent experience overall!

Drove out from Cleveland to meet Mike regarding an elliptical. Mike was there at the agreed on time and had 3 different machines I was interested in waiting in the “showroom”. Tried them and bought one plus a bench. Mike helped me load it securely and shrink wrapped the screen. Super nice guy, honest! I will definitely go back to Blockbuster Fitness.
