This place is amazing! The coaches are awesome. The people are wonderful. They customize workouts tailored to each individual. Whether it's your first time, or you're an avid crossfitter, I would check them out.

I've never found a gym that is more adaptable to the needs of their athletes. All of our workouts are personalized for us before we walk in the door. To include any accessory work we need to meet the individual's goals. The equipment is clean and well maintained. The coaching staff are experts in the field of fitness, and are energetic for every class! Everyday I look forward to coming into the gym just to be apart of this community. This is a place for everyone.

CCF has thoughtful, knowledgeable and caring coaches who take their time working with each member to ensure a safe and productive workout. The gym is large with top of the line equipment. Cleanliness for me is important and this gym checks that box as well. They offer so many class times that it fits with my changing, busy schedule. It's a welcoming and hardworking community.

I move around a lot for my career, so this is the fifth box I’ve been a member of. It has THE BEST roster of coaches I have ever worked with and is easily the tightest-knit and most accepting community I’ve been a part of. New members are always treated with great hospitality and pro-actively introduced to other members so they can feel comfortable and welcome. The coaches pay great attention to all of the athletes to ensure safety and results. If you’re anywhere near the Dayton, Ohio area CCF is the box you want to join.
