Everybody Fitness - Englewood offers a 24-hour fitness facility located in Randolph Plaza, Dayton, OH. The gym features a spacious workout area, high-quality equipment, and a welcoming staff. While some members appreciate the range of machines and the convenient location, ongoing construction and certain maintenance issues leave room for improvement. The gym reportedly lacks a men's locker room and has unresolved facility renovations, but remains a viable option for casual visits or short-term memberships.
Despite certain shortcomings, such as broken equipment and inadequate sanitation, many users enjoy the community atmosphere and the support provided by the team. This gym is best suited for individuals seeking a basic workout setup without the need for extensive amenities like pools or saunas. Potential members should consider current conditions and personal workout needs before committing, especially due to the long-term contract requirements.

Do not sign up with this gym! You have to sign a 3 yr contract, but they will tell you it's 2 years. They will also tell you they are in the middle of renovations and it should be done in the next few months. It's been 15 months and nothing has changed. The machines up stairs, most are broken, (fans don't work or only one fan works on treadmills, only button that works is the quick start. The bike seats dont adjust (broken), no feet straps or machines are loud. The sauna is gross, missing tiles, bad smell or its broken. During the day, staff are not paying attention to the door and you can just walk in and go around the corner, up the stairs (not very good security.) The front cardio room looks good, but the place is very run down. Machines not properly disinfected, most of the time cant find disinfectant to wipe it done. (No paper towel or empty/missing bottles) You can not get out of contract, unless you buy out the full 3 years (over $650) unless you have a doctor's note of a permanent disability.

Site has been under construction forever. There isnt a mens locker room, but they have sufficient single occupancy restrooms to change in. New tanning beds, tons of newer equipment. The free weight area is very spacious. When they finish construction, this will be the new gym spot, 5 star spot after construction.I have been to many of thr Everybody fitness. This one has the best equipment but lacks in the locker room, pool, sauna, steam, jacuzzi arena.Check out my photos for accurate facility equipment.3 stars because of the ongoing construction, otherwise it is top notch.

Great gym the staff is accommodating and they have every machine you could possibly need for a good workout.

There are some pretty bad gym etiquette problems here. Wish this new staff would stop posting signs and actually walk up and tell someone to pick/clean up after themselves. A lot of people coming to just sit on an exercise machine.

Decent gym but as much as the monthly membership and annual fees are, we should have a decent men’s locker room/bathroom. Seem like it has been under construction for 3+ years. It’s been a few times I had to leave my personal items in my vehicle or on top of the lockers because half of the lockers aren’t accessible due to the construction.

This gyms a joke, they want to charge “maintenance” fees but the men’s locker room has been under construction for 4 years, the guy that owns this gym is a fraud and the only reason why they have good reviews is when they raffled off a 70” TV and you had to give a 5 star review to get in the raffle. Stay away from this dump

This place is a great place to workout and it is close to my parent's house when I'm visiting from out of town. They have quality equipment and an excellent staff. Very appreciative on how I am treated when I exercise at this gym.

Needed a gym to workout at while out of town for a few days. Scott and his team took care of me and helped provide a great gym experience. The equipment selection is nice for a 24 hour gym, and the gym floor is spacious for everyone to do their workouts. I highly recommend this location to everyone to check out and join. I will be back the next time I am in town for sure

This gym has become very, very disappointing to me. The construction work has yet to be completed for new locker rooms, which has been going on for years. The sauna has been down for weeks now, which was an advertised perk when I signed up. Anyone can walk into the child care area without being addressed, which is INCREDIBLY unsafe and scary. There are constantly leaks from the ceilings which they usually have trash cans randomly on the floor to catch the water when this happens. When equipment is broken, it takes weeks-months for it to be repaired. The gym typically has a terrible odor. One of the sinks in the women’s restroom doesn’t even allow water to come out of it and typically is not restocked with paper towels. It’s frustrating to see the monthly fee’s and yearly fee (a cost that goes towards upkeep/maintenance at the gym) not being applied. The owner of this gym seems to shows a lack of appreciation and takes advantage of the community when it comes to being a member. I would not recommend the Englewood Everybody Fitness to anyone. Don’t be fooled by the ratings because they have promotions to boost them up.
