Easy to navigate facility, clean locker rooms and gym space, plenty of equipment (of every type imaginable), friendly staff. There's childcare for those who need it, a swimming pool (classes too) and hot tub to soak in, as well as a sauna! Highly recommend!

The gym is amazing, they have almost every equipment you could think of and not only that, the people are amazing. Amanda is amazing, she helps out with anything like workout plans, diet plans, and many more. Definitely recommend! :)

Andrea was so kind when she was answering my questions! I have never really even stepped foot in a gym before, so I was already nervous. Plus I wanted to ask more questions about the childcare due to my child having a special need, and how all that would work. She ended up calling me and going over everything! The staff has always been so friendly when I go in. I’m very happy this is where I chose to go for my gym needs (:

Perfect for my needs. Staff and other gym members were very friendly to me and super helpful. It's definitely an older building, but that doesn't bother me. Pool and sauna are enough to keep me coming back multiple times a week. Love the women only setting and might even try some classes eventually! Some bad reviews on here, so make sure you read the contract and know what you're signing up for.

I was trying out this gym while I was in town visiting family. It was a nice gym and the staff, especially Amanda, were super nice!

Racism is so real at this gym no one wants to hear your words they don’t care for the people all they care for is money ,bad gym wouldn’t recommend after what I went thru save your money and your time friends 3 years there is gonna be hard to get out of even if you have medical issues trust me .I have proof too .this place is not woman only cause they let every man come in and go they don’t respect ladies and their culture .stay woke my friends .

I walked in as a potential member. The girl to the right, at the desk, was more interested in her telephone and did not look up once the whole time I was standing there. It is not my place to draw their attention to me. They are working there and should be more attentive. I am very disappointed, as it has taken me a while to do my research and decide on a place to start my fitness journey.

One of the nicest ladies only gyms I’ve ever been to. The staff is helpful and cheerful. Childcare is perfect. My kids love it here and look forward to going which makes my workouts much easier!! If you’re looking for a gym- this is it! The equipment selection is great and they even have aquatic classes!
