Such a great workout! I took the Power of 3 class and it kicked my butt. I'm gonna try the dance fuzion class next! They have such a cute studio geared towards women. Men are welcome too. Just a great place!

This is a great fitness and fun place. Any age, any shape is welcome, staff is friendly and very professional. They have memberships and open classes, very flexible schedules too.

Absolutely loved it here and wish I would have found it sooner! Had a great variety of classes and everyone here, working or participating was super friendly and supportive. I haven't been able to find something similar since I moved and I'm very bummed. They set the bar very hugh! Thank you guys!

HAVE YOUR BACHELORETTE PARTY HERE!! The Pole Perfect Party was wonderful! A great price to split between 10 people, and our instructor Desjavae was an absolute gem. So much fun to learn a small routine and feel confident while having a TON of fun with your girlfriends! I cannot recommend this place enough!!!
