Highly recommend Kami’s bootcamp classes! She keeps you moving for 45 minutes straight, the class is upbeat, and every day is different. She caters to all levels of fitness and gives modifications for all exercises. This class is the best addition to my daily routine!

I've really enjoyed the people I meet in bootcamp classes, as well as the variety of strength training and cardio in each workout - I don't think we've ever repeated the same routine! Kami is incredibly motivating, and makes each bootcamp challenging but also a lot of fun!

The best way to start your day! If you are looking for an amazing workout with a great group of women you have found it! Kami is a knowledgeable instructor who also provides modifications depending on your level/injury. This class is great for all levels, you will not only get a great full body workout in her 45 minute classes, you will also be guaranteed to become fitter, stronger and have an opportunity for new friendships too.

Love Kami's bootcamp classes! They are challenging but customizable to your ability. Each class is different, and she keeps us motivated to lose inches and be our healthiest with fitness and nutrition goals. She offers classes at early morning times perfect for those with busy families and careers. Highly recommend!
