Martial Arts Lessons in Kettering - TAMA Martial Arts

My mom and I just began attending Tama for the tai chi class and we couldn’t be happier. The staff and instructors are incredibly kind. Everyone has taken the time ti work with us-as true beginners and we’ll be going there regularly now.

We have had an amazing experience at TAMA martial arts. Our toddler joined at age 4 and, over the past year, we have seen remarkable growth and self-development in her, both physically and mentally. Master Taningco and Jaden are absolutely amazing, as are the rest of the TAMA instructors. They take the time to teach and always demonstrate genuine care for their students. They not only teach proper techniques and self-defense skills, but also instill important values and lessons that will serve their students well for years to come. They have a way of teaching very effectively, while also keeping classes super fun for their students. The TAMA instructors and front-desk staff are truly an amazing family, and our toddler is always excited to attend TAMA Martial Arts. We look forward to enrolling our 2 year-old son when he grows a little older. We appreciate Master T and his team for all of their efforts. Keep up the amazing work!

I have been so fortunate to have been able to get around Manny. I learned even more unarmed combat with him than with elite instructors from when I was in the military. Also, I'm so thankful for the tai chi lesson. Every human should do some tai chi every day. World problems would get solved measurably faster.

Ive been going to this Dojo for about 2 weeks and so far it has helped me mentally , & spiritually more than i anticipated. Although my first week was brutal i immediately switched to a healthier eating habit (plant based) to sustain more power& energy and I've been blowing through the drills highly recommended for small children, and adultsMaster T is really patient , truly a master of the arts of fighting

The family feel is great: clearer information about programs and instructors, or simpler modern payment options would make it even better. That said, we saw our son's coordination improve greatly, making it a great experience overall.

This place is amazing. The children’s after school program picks up children throughput the city and teaches them martial arts.We plan on enrolling our son here. We have taken the Tai Chi Class which was wonderful. The instructors are very patient and knowledgeable.Thank you Tama.

With the guidance of master T I had a wonderful mauy thai experience. The classes are all encompassing teaching technique, conditioning, and discipline. This school is worth it in every way and I recommend it for anyone trying to begin their martial arts journey!
