Great workout! I enjoyed the class and cannot wait to take another. The cardio was intense but not so overwhelming that I could not keep up. The class was a full body workout, and the instructor Rod kept it fun.

One of the BEST WORKOUTS!!!! I really enjoyed it. My first time doing cardio boxing and now i'm a huge fan. The instructor is GREAT! very motivating and exactly what I need to continue my fitness journey.
