Contact us a joke. Make you pay a buyout fee. No flexibility. The owner is a crook.

Owner is a crook. Both here and at his practice. I have NEVER had issues canceling a gym membership for a legitimate reason. You’d think moving over 30 minutes away is legitimate. Nope. Don’t waste your time (or money) here

For the most part, it is a good fitness center. But it does have its downsides. The hours are not reasonable for working out during the weekends, they open at noon and close at 6 pm. It is overpriced and you are hit with fees when signing up. The lady that was helping us sign up was very inexperienced and it took over 2 weeks to get it figured out. The gym smells because of the rubber floor mats. The shower floors could be cleaned more. The sauna is very dirty, I see a small ant every once in a while also. The door to the sauna has no door handle. And if you want to sauna to heat up there are lights that turn on when the sauna is on so it can never be dark in the sauna without it being off. The machines and equipment in the gym are nice, there are a few pieces of equipment that need to be replaced. The pool is well kept and nice. I would not recommend this place if you are not going to go there that often or if you are trying to save money.

The facility is nice. Lots to do from various workout equipment including machines and free weights. Basketball courts and a pool are nice too. I went in for pricing, nobody was there. Waited for ten minutes and nobody showed up. I asked online for pricing and they said I'd have to call because they can't give that out virtually. Their mindset seems to be very outdated. All other gyms I've looked into provide pricing details up front on their website or if you ask they'll give it to you without calling or driving there. I did get some info finally and It's a bit expensive and they throw random fees at you throughout the year like a registration fee and a "semi annual fee" which makes no sense at all. I recommend checking with your employer to see if they offer an Active&Fit Direct membership and sign up with that.

My review is from the point of view of a single man going here to use the weight room. If you are a family person I can tell you the gym looks well suited. As far as the weight room I would say the pro's are that its spacious and the restrooms' are close. The cons are that there is only 1 squat rack and one flat, incline and decline weight bench. There should be at LEAST two squat racks and maybe 3. Another con is that a lot of younger high school age kids go here and they tend to go in groups and take a long time at each exercise location. Other than that it has lots of free weights and would be PERFECT if they added 2 more squat racks and maybe another bench press...oh and a cable row machine !!

I went there today 4/27/2022 because I wanted to get a quick workout in in-between work. 1st time visiting. You can smell the pool as soon as you walk through the door. Front desk clerk was pleasant and told me everything they offered. I did a drop in which is $12 because I only work out here & not live. They do have memberships if you want. The gym is upstairs. You can take the elevator if the stairs are too much. Two bathrooms upstairs. Spacious gym area. They even have ropes up there. It was not crowded at all when I went there (1:30 ish) which was great because I could take my time & get on the machines I needed to workout hassle. I have 3 more weeks to work out here before I'm off for summer break....I can see myself visiting a few more times before then!
