Charges you late fees on months you’ve already paid and of course management never calls back to address it.Update: this month I was charged twice. But instead of offering any compensation or being helpful at all, just told me they could cancel the membership if I wanted my money back. At this point, feel like that’s the route I’m taking

One of the nicer Planet Fitnesses for sure. The equipment is nice, the staff is Very friendly for the most part. Their Black Card equipment is very up to date. Also super clean! Only complaint is I wish they had heavier dumbbells and barbells.
