I’ve only been working with Jason for a few weeks now, but I already feel so much stronger than I thought I could be! It’s a wonderful and caring team and I feel they really tailor the programs to my body. I highly recommend PTF to anyone in the Dayton area!

I’ve worked with the PTF team for a year now, and it has completely changed my life. Working with highly experienced trainers in a beautiful space. I’m a professional dancer who has benefitted from this work personally, but I would recommend any person to start working with PTF!

Fantastic personal training experience with Jason and Susan. I've learned so much about the science and why/how different activations matter. I'm not a huge workout fan but having twice weekly sessions with this caliber of trainers has helped improve my overall mental state and I've begun to see improvements in my flexibility and movement in general. Highly recommend Present Tense Fitness.

Highly recommend! I injured my back and hip while improperly weight training (not at Present Tense). Began working with Susan to identify ways to increase breath flow and reduce chronic pain in my hip and lower back. After a few sessions, Susan coached me through new mobility techniques, breathwork, and a new warm up routine. She re-trained me on proper format and technique of my weight training work outs. Because of her, I am no longer experiencing chronic pain, I feel more confident in my routine and form, and I am able to routinely work out again. I am very appreciative of the level of service and attention to detail, the thorough education, the holistic treatment and the very clean gym!! Instructors are very mindful to apply relatable knowledge that can be applied at home or in modified gym settings. 10/10 recommend.

The best!! I would recommend to anyone and everyone. I came to PTF with basically no experience, feeling intimidated of gyms and training, I didn’t really knowing where to start or how to even work out. Jason taught me a routine that works for my lifestyle and goals that I can do outside of my sessions there so I can continue to progress on my own. I’m so happy to gain knowledge and confidence, I feel way less intimidating working out on my own now. Not to mention seeing and feeling physical and mental results. It shows that they are passionate about what they do and truly want to help you with your goals. I look forward to every session! Can’t thank them enough. Going there has been a game changer for me - can’t say enough good things!
