Love this studio and all of the people who come together to show up for us day after day! I’m getting great results and the instructors are the best people I’ve ever worked with in a barre studio, I’ve been to many.

Best workout experience I've ever had! The staff here is incredibly friendly and the instructors are the most knowledgeable, supportive, and professional instructors I've met. I always look forward to class, I am constantly challenged by the well planned workouts, and I always come away with the results beyond my expectations. It's well worth every penny and drop of sweat.

Went for my free first class! It was so much harder than I expected, but I really didn’t know what to expect as it was my first workout class! The instructor Erin was such a sweetheart and so encouraging and really wants you to get the most out of the work out! It truly is a low impact high intensity workout, but expect to sweat… a lot. Highly recommend trying it out!

When signing up for membership be aware of cancelation policy. I moved from Dayton in Oct.I alerted the studio after my last class in September 2020. The attendant behind the desk acknowledged my departure and asked if I needed assistance in finding another studio to my new location. I declined but verified verbally that the studio was aware of my notification of CANCELLATION. Thought I was done.!Nope.! I was educated that verbal communication was unacceptable (4months later), you must fill out a CANCELLATION FORM 30 days before termination of membership start date!Pure Barre continued to charge me Oct 2020- Jan 2021 and was going to charge me February as it was A few days past my start date. The 4 months I was in transit I had many challenges that distracted me from the automatic debit from my account.( pandemic issues, death in family, moving company issues, trying to sell a house long distance etc.)My billing cycle was promptly applied on the 21st of each month.Once my challenges (personal), had managed to a slow pace and I could breathe I checked my bank account and noticed that Pure Barre had been charging me monthly @$169.00 .The owner stated I received Emails concerning the CANCELLATION policy. Also she acknowledged that those emails were not opened.Humm. How am I responsible for an email that is not opened? ( probably went to spam)! Nevertheless I’m still accountable.!The owner also mentioned that the studio can’t monitor all memberships and remind members to check emails. In her correspondences with me, she happened to recall my verbal announcement in Sept, but I did not make the window of the membership deadline and I would be charged for OCTOBER. Wow, but again, I was okay with this.Nothing was verbalized about filling out a cancellation FORM. Nothing! After many emails exchanges,Pure Barre has refunded me 2months of those 4months. That’s great!! However her response to this action was somewhat disconcerting as it was worded like she was doing me a great service and I should be thankful for this generosity.(This is the OWNER)!!The owner alsoMentioned she could legally charge me for February as well as I had not fulfilled the written cancellation policy 30 days as it’s now the past January 21.She made sure I knew she could legally charge me for February. This was also framed as a condescending commentAlong with negative implications in the selected construct. If you intend on canceling, you must notify the studio of your intentions 30 days of your membership date. Furthermore,it can’t be verbal. You must fill out a CANCELLATION FORM.Otherwise you will be charged for a membership you are not using. That can be costly $$$$$.Lesson learned..No acceptions were made for the looming Pandemic that we are all enduring. I know most deadlines for renewals for anything concerning mortgages, rent,CC payments , IRS deadlines have been given relaxed deadlines. Logic would state that memberships should also apply.Great instructors, great program. Loved the classes.CANCELLATION Policy’s ( unacceptable).

I give this 5 stars because my body hates going but my brain knows its good for me. The staff whom I have met so far are amazing (Erin and Molly) are so understanding and encouraging. The studio is squeaky clean.. I have been 3xs eventually I will find my core again. I've never been more thankful to see a cleaning wipe come out of its box which means my struggle is almost over🤣. I will need a lot more sessions of uncoordinated, God help me, this burns until I get the hang of it. The other people around me are a great mix of beginners like me and now experts that have stuck with it. Hoping to become an expert and look forward to encouraging a beginner. Until then you will see me dying in front of a mirror at least 2xs a week.

My wife took the classes for a few months. She thought the classes were decent. But cancellation policy is bad and gets expensive if you have kids and have unexpected things come up. Instructors can be a bit like drill sergeants getting mad if you make any comment or smile or laugh with other students during class. She would come back upset that she wasn’t allowed laugh and enjoy exercising.

Good workout, nice instructors BUT the cancellation policy makes it completely unaffordable. If you have children or anything else in your life that comes up unexpectedly such as you or your significant other's work schedule and you cancel outside of the 4-Hour time window you will be charged a late fee of $15 every time! Combine a waitlists to get into classes and couple late cancels (anything less than 4hours) on top of a minimum $115 monthly package and that gets very costly. The cancellation policy used to be a 2-hour window and that was manageable but since the 4 hour window has been implemented it has been hard to schedule workouts without fear of extra charges.
