I've been training here a number of years. I've been around the block and seen a few gyms in my day. These guys are constantly putting back into the gym and evolving as necessary to offer classes and structure people desire. Give these guys a shot at any level of training and if you are willing to put in the work, you will progress.

The place looks like it’s gonna fall apart how is this even allowed? The gym staff is super rude. It’s like as soon as you walk in you’re immediately being sized up. You don’t feel apart of the gym it feels like they feel threatened by you.

I have been coming here about a month now, and I have been sore for about a month now. So they are either really good trainers, or I am a realllllly bad student. Legit though, this is my first time having formal instruction in the Gym. After a long hiatus due to injury, my form had become garbage, and trust me, you can get surprisingly strong lifting incorrectly; however, you are still lifting like garbage. Through their instruction, my form is getting cleaned up, and I am also learning more about Olympic lifting when I primarily did powerlifting. The thing that sold me the most is that the entire group is supportive and they collectively do push you to do better, but they are not going to push you to injure yourself, which is why I avoided submitting myself to having a trainer for a long time. There is a fine line between pain being weakness leaving the body and pain because your body is about to break. Thankfully, the trainers here, just by observation, can usually tell the difference and will tell you to step it up or lay off. Also, there is on occasion puppers and doggos to pet = 5% more gains.

I've met 4 different members who go to this gym, each one of these women have been very rude and have had no respect for others' property. I'd love to check out the gym if it weren't for the fact that I already know the kind of people I'd be surrounded by.EDIT: The owner reached out and seems to care about the situation. We'll see what happens and if the problem gets resolved, but if I had to guess I'd say he's had no idea his members are using his gym's name right before they do something dishonest.
