This gym is immaculate! Equipment is brand new and everything is very well maintained.. Everyone is friendly, but gives appropriate space. The locker rooms are a good size with 3 showers. I was a member at a large national chain for many years, but I like it here so much better. Thrilled that this is so convenient for me.

Easy to get in. Equipment and facilities are clean and well maintained. A very nice club to workout in. A great variety of equipment and weights also.

Everything you need in a gym 24/7, new equipment, clean, tanning, hydro massage beds and plenty of cardio equipment. Whatever your gym needs may be they have it. Last but not least, amazing and helpful staff and trainers

Workout anytime Kettering is fantastic! I highly recommend this gym. They go above and beyond with their cleanliness and customer service. I workout everyday and the people here make it very enjoyable. Love this gym!

Brand new state of the art equipment and very clean facility. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Aqua Massage beds are great and they also have tanning beds. Highly recommend.

Good quality nice gym. It’s just a tad bit small and no wooden floor yoga type of room, smoothie shack or other amenities you may find at other gyms. But is a great value for the price and the staff are all great.But for a 5 for me I’d like to see deadlift bars, more bench presses, heavy bags, a yoga hardwood room, a basketball court.

Not many gyms feel as family oriented and community based as this one. Sandy, ownership and staff are all very nice, professional and they keep this gym spotless. I would highly recommend this gym to anybody in the Kettering or dayton community.Rob
