Worst YMCA in the area. Tried to play basketball with the kids and was told this isn't the time for you to bring your kids here. I thought it was open for everyone to enjoy the gym but the staff member basically told us to leave the gym. Worst one around will definitely not be back to this location

Decent gym , very clean with lots of equipment. It's open 24 hours all days but Saturday and Sunday. The night staff are very nice . I'm bummed that I can't use my ymca pass at the Greenville location . They have restrictions.

I was here and the staff is incredibly rude to kids. They have no place for kids older than 10 to play. They also have kids who they don’t see following other kids. The kick kids out very easily with no hesitation. A kid under 10 has broke her arm in the play area but I feel as if another kid older they wouldn’t have. They also lied about 24 hour. I asked the front desk and they didn’t say anything about 24 hours. When they have sports I requested to be on a specific team with better players. I ended up being on with some people that had no experience.

This facility is very disappointing. I use my membership here as a way for my kids to have a fun activity, a reward for good behavior.I am a single mom going to nursing school and working in the hospital. The lifeguards in the pool area are very rude and overweight. I’m not confident the staff could save my life or my child’s life if we were drowning.I check hours for the pool before even promising a trip to the pool. The last three times I have went the lifeguards try to tell me that there is a private swim lesson and we must get out of the pool. The first two times I did leave and followed up with a conversation with Josh. The 3rd time, yesterday, I refused to get out. Nothing is being done about their disorganization and Josh clearly isn’t handling the situation.I would cancel this membership if my kids didn’t love the reward of swimming so much.It makes for a very stressful trip.Their sports are just as unorganized. My son participated in baseball and they did not receive uniforms until the start of their 2nd game. There was a mix-up with one of the games where they sent out a message to everyone saying it was cancelled and then followed up with it actually not being cancelled 15 min after that email. We had 2 players that day. This organization is not designed to make anything easier on families. I would argue that the YMCA adds more stress. If you can go without a membership here, please do.The only reason I give any stars is the because of the elderly people that smile at you when you walk in. They are the only ones making a difference in the lives of people who attend this YMCA. They are the front of the company and the most genuine, kind and caring individuals.

My family really enjoys this Ymca better than any of the other Ymca's. Our children play soccer, swim, and most of all love the play area jungle gym! Their employees are very caring and patient, and they handle any issues that arise. This ymca cares about their members for sure!

Great place, use to be able to get there by bus. All the staff are great. Especially the head of maintenance. Have a great day, enjoy a cup of coffee. The senior lunchtime on first Wednesday are great too. One time lol I saw a hawk circling the buffet line inside the gym 😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄.... That's a big LOL 😹 …

It seems like every time I come in here the basketball gym is always closed. They never update the schedule on the app so I drive over here and they always have it closed. Why have a basketball gym if its never opened for basketball? But besides that, all the other facilities are very nice and well kept and the staff is very friendly?

The faculty is small but great staff and instructors. There is an inside playground for kids.

I was a guest from a suburban Philadelphia Y. I arrived about 50 minutes before closing on a Sunday afternoon. The desk attendant greeted me cheerfully, swiped my card, found me in the computer, and was kind enough to suggest a couple of public parks where I might continue my cardio workout after the Y closed and I might find some shade from the hot early-August sun. The cardio room is spacious, well ventilated, and the A/C is set to an ideal temperature for workouts. There are lots of ellipticals and treadmills as well as other equipment, and they appear on first impression to be relatively new and in good repair. Seems like a really nice facility! (I have used my sister Ys for years while traveling, and I have experienced everything from Taj Mahals to very old downtown city Ys, a couple of which still had rooms for rent. One actually had a barbershop with a barber on duty in the men’s locker room!). This Y is one of the really nice ones!

I joined to get in shape, but I work a lot. I like to swim because it's easier on my knees. So, pretty much pay to use the pool. It seems like every time I go there, it's some reason I can't use the pool. I went there during the limited hours it's available on my day off and the pool was closed. Who closes a pool in August? Really? I was upset with this and the lady at the front desk was rude! Ended up driving all the way to Huber Heights to swim. Not pleased!
