I only have the experience CS via making phone calls to this location. A CSR name Phyllis I had spoke with about getting started on a gym membership so I can to get back into water aerobics. When I pulled into the parking lot I called again to see which building and she completely snaps stating that I apparently called another location because they don't have a pool. RUDE. My mama has a saying "adding insult to injury", not helpful.

My 77 year old father has been coming to this location for years regardless of how small and lacking in equipment it was. this was the only gym short enough distance as he does not drive......he was asked to leave do to a case a xenophobia by a manger due to his accent and fact he has spent time in the past year overseas even though he made her aware he had been tested. I spoke to the owner of the trotwood/Dayton location he informed me he was annoyed with my call and didn't know what he wanted me to do. At no other business can an employee act in such a manner without being terminated. I called my local YMCAs they all agreed. Just another poorly ran dayton business with terrible customer service save your money.
