The building has changed Owners. The new owner Ashlyn Lowery n New name is LEVELS FITNESS. Ashlyn is one of the nicest people you could ever be around❣️She is always cheerful and gives encouragement to all members! I just ❤️her energy!

I just finished my fourth week yesterday. When I joined Amy and the boot camp team I was 198 lb after weighing myself this morning before I begin month two with her I am already down to 182!!!! Amy pushes you but within your means and more importantly she listens for example you got a trouble area that isn't quite up to par like knees or something she will give you alternate workout moves to do so that you do not cause more damage! And since I know people will be seeing these reviews if they feel like looking I just want to say one more thing... this building we work out of is not just Amy's there are other businesses in there as well but once you get to Amy's area it is clean, well-kept and it is most definitely a safe zone as well as a non judgment zone! That being said if you're there walking through to get to Amy's location and you feel it is not tidy enough feel free to grab some cleaning supplies and help the other businesses do a deep clean on their area because that would be a really good workout! 😅💪😬❤️
