Although this was too much cardio for me, I felt no painful impact on knees, the harness was comfortable (and comforting). I was able to easily learn the moves and I could even do squats. I’m just out of shape and couldn’t do everything. They didn’t make me feel bad and the class was very friendly. Everyone should try this.
