I work out 5 days a week so when Boost bungee opened I was super excited it was a different kind of workout!! The owners are very welcoming and are so great with instructions!!

It was such an amazing workout with an amazing instructor. Heather was very helpful and encouraging when I was struggling with a move. I can't wait for my next class and to work through the levels! Keep up the great work!

Once I found out about boost bungee I was so excited to try it. I had so much fun learning all the routines and I even burned the same amount of calories as my normal workout! I will definitely be supplementing some of my weekly workouts with boost as it’s such a good way to get my workout in & have a lot of fun doing it!

This workout was incredible! The bungee really takes the stress off of your muscles and it’s so much fun you barely even notice the work you’re putting in!! Heather was an amazing instructor and so fun spirited and everyone involved was so kind and welcoming!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I’ve been going to Boost Bungee for a few months now. I was looking for something different to spark my interest about working out again. After trying my first class, I was immediately hooked! It was just what I was looking for… You get a good workout, without realizing it because you have so much fun at the same time. I would recommend Boost Bungee to anyone. Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed. The owners/instructor’s Heather and Paige are great at teaching each move step-by-step. If your looking for a good workout and want to have fun at the same time, then check out this awesome place.

Boost Bungee is absolutely amazing, we get in such a good work out and have so much fun while doing it! They have beginners classes that are great at giving you the run down about how everything works, so there's no need to feel nervous about going in for the first time. The instructors make sure that you feel comfortable in your bungee and make adjustments if needed. You learn more and get better at the routines with each class. I cannot wait to go again! I recommend this class to everyone! Ten stars!
