D1 Training Deerfield Beach

I’ve been coming here for a few months now and I will say the experience here is outstanding. The equipment here makes this place stand out on its own but it is complemented by a truly excellent staff of trainers, especially including Coach Devon Wright. He is a supportive figure in the weight room and is driven on improvement and relationship with everyone. Great experience

This place is amazing. The workouts have helped my son increase his speed and strength so much. It has helped him become a much better lacrosse player. The training staff is outstanding. Highly recommended.

This facility has been hands down a game changer for me. Coaches are very personable and always there to help you no matter what and the owners are always welcoming with a smiling face. Can’t explain how thankful I am to have coaches who truly want what is best for you.

Every employee here it is top tier! They are awesome with everything from workouts to being helpful! Couldn’t ask for a better facility and staff. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to become more athletic as quickly and safe as possible!

I joined D1 Training in Deerfield a few weeks ago. I was looking for an athletic strength training class and that’s exactly what I got and more. The coaches are very professional, know what they are doing, and push you to go hard and beyond. I do a group class but you still get that personal touch which pays for itself for the membership fee. I am glad I came across this gem!

I have two kids that attend D1 and we love it. Great atmosphere, incredible coaches who take the time to make sure the kids are using proper form to avoid injuries. They train hard and teach the kids that you can do anything you set your mind too. I’m so glad we found D1 Deerfield!!

I love D1. All the coaches work very hard to ensure that not only the team, but each kid individually has a productive and intense workout. I can feel myself getting stronger everyday and D1 is a big part of it. I’m glad to consider myself a member.

I have been taking my 7 year old here for about two weeks now. The front desk is so friendly and helpful and the coaches are amazing. My daughter asks to go back everyday and even insisted I took her to performance camp today for 5 hours. She LOVES it and we are so happy to have D1 locally.

Huge, clean and super awesome facility! Wonderful experience for my son and his hockey team! The coaches and front desk staff are so warm, welcoming, and engaging! The staff exercise program for young athletes is like no where else!! Come and see for yourself!!
