I've been going to D1 in Deerfield for about a month now and I want to share my experience from my first month. I didn't know much about D1 before and wasn't aware they offered a variety of classes including for adults of all fitness levels. The coaches are all awesome, knowledgeable and motivating, the classes are small and always changing. The workouts are a challenging mix of strength training and cardio/mobility work, all different, creative and fun. They treat you like an athlete and push you to your limits. All fellow gym members I met so far are welcoming, and provide a nice community feel. Overall I am so excited to see where consistent workouts at D1 will take me and am so happy that I found this place. If you think that D1 is just for kids, think again, and come join one of their adult classes!

My daughter plays volleyball and D1 and her teachers are contributing to her evolution in the sport, the place is very clean, the coaches are very motivating and I was happy to be able to leave my daughter in a safe place with many girls her age!

Ive been going to D1 for a couple months now, it’s amazing! Helps me a lot with speed,agility, and strength . I love coming to D1 after school all the time! It is a great community, love it!

As a former athlete, I enjoyed competitive sports and the varied coaching techniques that went along with athletic training for different sport events. I believe I am enjoying my D1 workouts due to the trainers/coaches diverse training techniques and the lack of monotony. I believe I will meet my goals at D1 due to this diversity. Training D1fferent has its perks!

D1 is an amazing Gym. Everyone is so helpful and kind. The owners , the managers, the recruiters and the coaches. The place is very nice and always clean. My daughter loves to come to her trainings every day. The coaches are very knowledgeable.I highly recommend for you or your kids. They have groups for every age !
