My girlfriend and I went to this planet fitness and was discriminated for our sexuality we just found out today that the membership has been cancelled for smoking but we wasn't and honestly I've never experienced this . I feel very bad for my girlfriend. I would never sign up for this company sorry,

The manager at this location does not like lesbian woman ! He pulled me and my girlfriend out of the bathroom and when I asked him what was wrong he refused to let me know . About a week and a half later I could not get into my app so that I can enter the gym only to find out that this manager lied on me and said that I was smoking in the bathroom in order to cancel my membership! I have videos of me asking what is wrong & why has he pulled me and my girlfriend out of the bathroom? He refused to answer but then asked me to leave when I informed him that I was recording. I only started to record because I noticed he was being very weird. I noticed that he did not like me the moment I saw him but I did not know that he would go to this extend just because he is not ok with my sexuality! I need someone to reach out to me please this is disgusting! I just realized that my membership was cancelled today! Ive screenshot this review incase anything more weird will happen .

This is my first time here. The gym itself appears to be clean. The crowd level was very low. However the men's restroom is atrocious. I never saw such a revolting restroom at a PF before.

The worst place in the world to exercise, very poor customer service, at any time you call they hang up the phone, very bad customer service, if they don't want to deal with customer concerns, then look for another job Where they don't have to deal with the public, I give them one star because there is no lower score.

It was my home gym before I bought a house in Margate and started going to the Margate location. I visit the Coconut Creek location because my husband still has it as his home gym, so I'd go with him sometimes. I like the wide range of equipment, where everything is located in the gym, and I like the new machines with the counters on them. That's a nice touch. The bathroom could use an upgrade and more frequent cleaning. Smells like pee all throughout. That is where the Margate location got this location beat.
