This is an okay place to workout in general, lot's of machines to use and it is generally clean. They could have more staff on duty to take care of the general cleanliness of the bathrooms (Men's)...since it's just me I can't comment on the Women's room!Where this gym falls short is when it comes to having more exercise machines for people with handicapped limitations.I do the best with what I have available, but I end up making my pain levels in my back and neck go up with each workout. And since I only have the basic membership I can't even use the massage table/chair to lessen the pain while I'm there.Two location drawbacks to this location, there is a large transient/homeless population in this area...and it is also located in the area of a landfill...so be aware of your surroundings and be ready for the occasional foul wind from the landfill!Be safe all.

Maria. She has made me feel like I belong since I walked into the gym. Her customer service is unmatched. That goes with saying about the Pompano, Lauderhill, Sunrise, Broward, and Margate location.

Since alast reviewed this gym, it has not improved much. I used to see an employee once in a while dusting some equipment but, now not even that. Bathrooms are usually dirty and stinky out of paper. Sometimes, you see 3 or 4 employees laughing at the counter and no one going around making their presence seen, cleaning or maintaining the place in order, which helps keep the place in organized. Macgines have rust, the handles foam support broken sometimes taped with black electrician tape..Many people sit on the machine texting and looking at their phones with ear plugs occuping equipment or weight area not using the equipment. Need NEW management ASAP to be fair to everyone, not only one kind. Place has gone from bad to worse, very smelly if it doesn't improve I will be forced to chose another place for me and my family. This is something that can be verified with the camera recordings.Very sad situation used to be a nice place to train.

Why does it say open right now on a Sunday at 3am if the gym is closed. I'm literally in front it it and its closed. This site should change their hours and btw do some cleaning too, the place is filthy, yet close to my house 🤦‍♀️ the only reason I come here. …

I have several months coming here and need to share that once Juliana started opening up the gym on Sundays, it has shifted to a welcoming and inviting place. She’s super attentive and I always see her walking around the facility and helping others. It makes my workout days at the gym a great experience. Highly recommend!

Do not sign-up for this location. It is all about getting the money, not customer service. They do not treat first time customers good at all. My 19 year old son was signing up and it signed him up for this location, when we live in Atlanta, Georgia. We tried to get them to transfer the membership to Atlanta but they told us we would have to pay for three months at this location where he would not even be able to go to before they could actually transfer the membership. It is more than an 8 hour drive one way. Called customer service and they said that there was nothing they could do. What is the point of having something called "customer service" if that can't actually do customer service? All they can do is e-mail the location. Talk about no resolution. They did not even refund the money so we could sign-up for the location in Atlanta. Great first impression. Talk about no compassion and total greed. The owner of the location never even bothered to return our phone call or even send an e-mail. Go to Workout Anytime instead.

This place is filthy. I always shower after I work out. As I was working up a sweat I was telling myself there is no way I'm using those showers. I left after 10 minutes and went to a different location.

Horrible customer service, rude employees, dirty machines and filthy floors. Find a better place to workout. You are not allowed to be on the phone while working out.The staffs are Terrible please do not loose your time and patience with this gym.

Went in to check out the facility. Had a very nice experience. it is very clean, the equipment is new, and the staff is friendly. Thank you to Carl W who was very informative and pleasant.

Carl and Charles was really funny and friendly. They both make me wanna visit PF more often, just for the laughs! Great Customer service from both:)
