Having been a PlanetFitness member for a year now and having been to many clubs, I find the layout of the club is very important. This particular club isnt laid out very well in my opinion and experience. It seems cluttered and pavked in. There is very little room to move around. The equipment is also older, some showing painted over rust areas. Also, my let peeve about this location is that the timer for the circuit training section is off. All other locations in the US I have been to have a 60/30 timer, which with COVID and claening is barely enough tine to clean a machine and get to the next one. But this one is 60/20!!! 20 seconds to end the exercise, clean the machine and get to the next one before the workout count starts. I have asked that it be fixed and they say it isnt important. The GM told me it wasnt important. He mentioned the roof, and other things were more important. Well, from a workout stand point, that 10 seconds iscan make or break an entire workout for many who want to use it. And believe me, no one is using it. It is hard to do a 30 minute timed workout whenthe timer isnt working properly with the correct timing. Isnt that the whole point of the circuit section? BIG BOLD LETTERS, "30 MINUTE WORKOUT", although the timer doesn't work so it messes up, so hard to make that happen without a lot of math being done in your head.

Absolutely disgusting ..... What the heck is going on at this gym . Over the past few months the staff has completely changed. Men's bathroom and locker area is gross and hardly ever cleaned. I totally get that things happen but .... Let the pictures stand for themselves and you be the judge if this is acceptable. Oh ... And don't tell me to contact the manager ... How come the manager is not on top of his or her gym .... Yes that is blood on the floors for the 2 hours I was their. Yes the filthy water all over the bathroom on floor with mop and bucket left in middle of floor for hours .... Or the lockers that can't be used because they need to be reset and not usable .....or the lemon slices in the drinking water fountain for 3 days in a row.

Since I've became a member ever time I want to use the circuit there are people using the machine and not moving, this was brought up to staff members 4x, today I came in and notice two guys using the same machine, I changed cane out and …

Nice layout of equipment, new machines, pretty chill vibe and things for every level of pumpitude. Great cardio options. Love the hand bike - one of the best machines ever, and this location has it!

This is a great gym, I have to say I was weary because their ads are annoying but this location is great! They people are friendly, they're clean, people are respectful and theres a good selection of equipment. Very happy here.

Gym finally open back May 29, yea... I was greeted by Olivia who did a lovely job of explaining the new policies at the gym. Planet fitness is practicing social distance and providing additional hand sanitizer.I was amazed that Olivia remembered that it was day 4 me going to the gym..Whoot...whoot

Love how they keep this place cleaned and maintained as much as possible. There’s a good selection of machines and it’s never too crowded like most local gyms. Can’t beat this for the price and there locations are plenty on the west side of town.

The gym floor is generally well maintained, however, the locker room and showers are frequently neglected. Management claims that staff checks these area every 20 minutes, but I know that not to be true. Additionally, for $10/mo homeless people are welcome to use the showers and toilets. It is not uncommon to run into the homeless in the locker room and showers, packing several bags of their worldly possessions. I find this an uncomfortable encounter and wish that management would enact policies to prevent it.

Worst gym I have everrrrr been to. The dirtiness, poor customer service, absolutely disgraceful. They’re tanning beds have been broken for 3 weeks, their machines are caked on with dirt, their workers are all young and rude. So mad this gym is down the street from my house and I have to travel to a better gym. Literally worst planet fitness I’ve ever been to.

For the price its a great deal, but...I keep complaining about the same things every time and still....nothing has been done. Here are my complaints...1. After people use the equipment they don't wipe it down.2. People don't put the weights back where they belongI strongly recommend that Planet fitness send an email blast to ALL their members asking them to please wipe down benches after they use them and to please put the weights back where they belong after they use them.THANKS.
