This gym is the best highly recommended to anyone looking for a great atmosphere friendly staff. I love training here and as the owner Nancy Divita say she gives you a key to the place. Keep up the great work!

Attentive, professional and CLEAN! I left AF for a while but decide to come back because I missed the small, family feel of it. Nancy and Tamkieka are amazing and although I never actually spoke to Bryce, he has a very professional demeanor. He’s also ripped and I can appreciate that. Additionally the equipment is always in good condition and it’s never really packed. Love it!

7 day trial was my intention, they use sale tactics to get you into a contract. It is a small gym, not the friendliest environment. Every time I would go in to do a workout, there would always be guys in the background dropping weights on the floor loudly, grunting. That was annoying to say the least. I was unaware of the reopening during the COVID- 19 pandemic. Nancy reached out to me via text message asking me when did I plan on coming back to the gym, replied that I wasn’t comfortable coming back. I’m still working but hours have been reduced. I told her (via text message), I would like to make an arrangement the following week to pay cancellation fee. Nancy turns around and charges $94.19 for the cancellation immediately. Yes it is about money with this location.

Gym is super clean, members help to keep gym clean and organized. Owner and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, eager to help. All around great experience everytime i go to workout.

I’ve been going to this gym for almost 2 years now and I love it! I’ve been to all types of fitness clubs, LA fitness all the way to CrossFit and I love the cleanliness and the friendliness of this gym. Nancy has done a great job at making the gym feel like home.

Tamika has helped me since day one and has answered any questions I may have. Her and Nancy go above and beyond for all members of the gym. It’s always nice to walk in an seeing friendly faces. Employees on top of their game and genuinely care about people. The group classes are very worth it as well!

This gym is pretty small compared to the other gyms in the area. It’s also more expensive than Planet Fitness, Crunch and LA Fitness. The other gyms definitely offer more amenities at a much lower cost. I’m assuming the price is much higher because it’s 24hours?Anyways, the last time I came here for a free trial, I was told that I wasn’t allowed to wear just my sports bra and leggings. I had to cover myself with a normal t-shirt or tank top . Also, short shorts aren’t allowed as well. Lol, it’s 2020 and women should be allowed to wear what they feel comfortable working out in. Planet Fitness even allows you to wear only a sports bra and all the other gyms in the area. I didn’t sign up for this gym and ended up going to LA.

I switched from a bigger gym that was always packed to this one because it's smaller. This gym is always clean, never packed, has the best staff, great location, and open 24 hours, perfect for a night owl like me...there's just not enough words to describe how much I love this gym! :)

One of the best anytime fitnesses. The employees actually seem to care and get out of their offices to clean and organize. They were also very friendly and the gym was well stocked with weights and equipment. Tamekia was an especially hard worker. Thanks so much! I wish they were all like this.
