Fantastic gym! Wasn’t expecting it to be on the second story, but it was also lovely watching the sun rise over the horizon. Most members didn’t hog machines or areas which is always appreciated. Newer equipment and very clean facilities both throughout the workout areas as well as restrooms/showers. WiFi info was easily listed and ran quickly to keep up with music streaming and our workout apps.This location would be a go-to when we are back in the area visiting our Orlando client base.Thanks for running a top-notch location!- Kate and John Goltz

So have been a member for a couple of years. Started with limited mobility and they built me back from my sciatic issues. Then shoulder surgery and rehab with the trainers was better than PT. I am in the best shape of my life and have muscles I didn’t know I would ever have. They adjusted my membership when my job changed and worked with their guidelines and my needs/budget.Best thing I think is the atmosphere. I have seen others describe as a family gym - no kids, but have made some great friends and we encourage each other on our health journey. The members take ownership in keeping the gym clean and weights organized which is different from other gyms I have visited. We are spoiled by the little things like hair dryers in the bathroom which can make a difference when I need to go straight to work - other places I have been had me drying my hair with the hand dryer mounted in the wall.It is a safe spot with members who are friendly and respectful which is a credit to the staff and owner for cultivating this environment.

This is hands down the BEST gym I’ve ever been to! Everyone is always friendly and the trainers genuinely care about helping everyone reach their goals. The Team Workouts and challenges have kept me motivated and excited to go to the gym! Nancy, Tamekia, and Bryce are amazing and have created an incredible community at this gym that can’t be found anywhere else. If you are looking to join a gym, this is the place!

Love it! Was a member years ago and just re-joined again. Love the staff. Everyone is great at keeping me accountable and genuinely cares. Feels like I'm part of a gym family.Great place to workout. It's ALWAYS clean. No matter the time of day.And it's never over crowded.So glad I came back.

I love this gym. They truly go above and beyond to create a space that is fun and safe to workout. They also exceed expectations when it comes to cleanliness. Especially during these times.Not only is it a great place to do solo workouts, I love the Group Training. I really feel like I challenge myself harder and it's a ton of fun to workout with others.This is the truly the place to reach your health and fitness goals. The staff treats everyone like family. It’s a very comfortable environment to better yourself. I’ve been doing personal training for over two years with great results, highly recommend Bryce.

Only interested in money ...i was ubruptly stopped at the door and suddenly felt unwanted . It was 10 mins to 7pm and the lady couldn't do a simple registration for a 7 day free trial cause shes closing. Which i already did online. The janitor there could've done it. Lost interest in this place and i didn't get to see it . I realized i cant go wrong in my current membership at PLANET FITNESS ( i was excited to work out in a new place but took the joy from me completely)
