If you're tired of dealing with crowds & feeling intimidated @ the Big box gyms, look no further than Body by Roni Fitness & Day Spa.The studio has great equipment, is clean & well maintained, & the staff & members are super friendly. The keypad access allows you to go any time that's convenient for you which is another plus.This is a great place to reach your fitness goals, in a comfortable & stress free environment. Roni, the owner is super friendly & helpful & brings her adorable Maltese "Betty” who will always welcome you with lots of love.I highly recommend this place..

I joined Body by Roni Fitness 4 months ago and I am really happy that I did. The gym is fully equipped and well maintained. A very pleasant, no stress atmosphere that is available 24/7. I was not confident about working out so my daughter gave me a training package with Roni for my birthday. What an awesome gift it has turned out to be! I have lost weight and I am building muscle. I enjoy working with Roni. She is very knowledgeable and dedicated to helping her clients meet their fitness goals.

A trainer that really cares about her clients and is flexible with my schedule even though I need really early hours and sometimes late hours. I just love her!
