irresponsible management, they have missed my cancellation form and charged for 3 months not responding to the calls. Didn’t get anything back so please be careful.

Love this gym. The coaches and staff really make it a family atmosphere.

Everything! All of the positive energy is infectious in the best way. The coaches are very helpful in motivating me and giving me adjustments if I’m not doing the exercises right.

I faced very bad experience with Orange Theory Sanford Florida -Coaches are really good but customer service in terms of issue management is zero.Please be aware that they don't believe in any communication, No approvals or authorization required to charge you and can charge you without your knowledge and they take all these authorizations during registration to exploit all the hidden policies and associated charges they want us to pay -I was on hold from CORONA and suddenly I am charged for this month and I had no clue why? When I was trying to pay my credit card bill noticed unauthorized charges from OFT Sanford and when I reported this I am told that system did it automatically since freeze is over and who informed me about this freeze ending ?I haven't freeze at first place so how I will know how long the freeze is in your system and I have not reinstated the freeze so I have no clue when it is getting over.All fancy stuff comes now that freeze is max for 2 months not more they were not told earlier when they were calling us when we plan to return back.Even if you tell them that you don't plan to come soon then also they don't feel responsible to tell you that freeze will get over by 2 months so basically hiding the facts .They are not liable to take any approval/authorization before ending automatic freeze and if you come or don't come doesnt matter they want to coin every single opportunity to cheat and charge customers during this difficult time of world pandemic where everybody is facing hardship.If I wouldn't have checked my statement they would have been billing me forever .Mistakes happen from humans or systems but once reported , if no one try to correct it by refunding the amount ,it shows clearly that management is being opportunistic to cheat customers and earn money from fraudulent charges .I always wanted to come back when things are good in terms of CORONA but now I don't trust this center anymore so just submitted a cancellation .

Most people know that OTF provides great workouts but this location makes the experience even better. The instructors at the Sanford site are incredible. They know when to help you and when to motivate you. They make personal connections with the customers and make it a fun experience.

Love the positive energy each and every Coach I have ever had brings to their classes. Regardless of a person's abilities, the coaching staff helps them reach their goals and exceed their expectations. LOVE IT!
