Orangetheory Fitness

I love Orangetheory workouts because of the coaches! They have so much energy and genuinely care about all of the members and how well they do. Because of them, I want to do better in my workouts.

Wouldn’t trust this location at all. Orange fitness theory in genral is a great company, but this location lies, cheats, and even steals from their customers. Am a fan of OFT, but I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this location. The manager Chris is probably one of the most unprofessional personal I’ve ever dealt with in my life. If anyone from OFT corporate franchisee office would like more information as to what I’m referring to, I have the phone conversation recorded (they were notified) and would love to share it. The owner (Bill) was supposed to call me back, but never responded to my attempt to reach out, as i wanted to share it with him, I think it’s fair that he knows how his own GM represents the face of his business. Instead, I’ll just let my friends/family know to stay far way from this location, but not OFT.

Great place to workout. Coaches are amazing and very supportive. They really do care and are always there to help you with the exercises. The staff is very courteous and friendly. I really enjoy going to my classes.

OT is wonderful! The classes are always up beat but challenging. I've always felt comfortable asking questions to the instructors, and knowing how to push myself a little more (or do a modifier when needed). Would absolutely recommend!

I have been to multiple orange theory locations around the country and in Orlando and this is by far my favorite! The staff and coaches are super friendly and energetic. Even though this is 35 miles away from where I live now, I think it’s worth it. I love OTF sanford-west and highly recommend this location. If you go try coach Ryan he’s great!

I travel for a living and therefore visit quite a few studios. I had the pleasure of taking classes here twice. The coaches were extremely welcoming and personally introduced themselves after noticing I am not a regular at that studio. Enjoyed my workouts here and will definitely be back when I visit the area.

So far, so good. it has been such an awesome experience. I hope I can accomplish my goals through this place.UPDATE: I have lost 15ibs so far, and I now enjoy working out. I never thought this would be possible for me. 100% recommend, they have great family and community. Shout out to all the coaches; Juliana, Frank, and Ryan. Everyone is awesome and very encouraging.

I loved working out at the Sanford location. Everyone from the front desk and especially the coaches are great. Juliana, Frank and Ryan were all awesome!!! I miss working out there. If it were not for me relocating to Seattle I would still be a member at the best OTF I've been too.
