It’s the end of September 2023. I use their standup tanning beds, which they have two. The number three bed has had seven bulbs out for going on three months. They tell you to let staff know when things are wrong so of course I have been telling everyone I can. Every single week they say oh they’ll have it done by Friday, etc. and of course nothing has been done. Another thing is, there’s always big hairballs and gross stuff on the floor in the tanning rooms.Today is August 31, 2023. I went to use the stand up tanning bed today. When it started, there was two big hairballs flying around inside the tanning bed all around me. There was also some thing sticky and slippery on the floor inside the tanning bed where you have to stand. when I got out of the tanning bed, the garbage can was overflowing and it looked like someone’s menstrual pad was laying on top of all that garbage. Disgusting I'm disappointed how dirty the floors are in the tanning rooms. I have mentioned it to staff several times. Nothing seems to get cleaned in there though. You have to clean your feet before you can put your shoes back on. I now have cancer on my face from using the ultraviolet rays of their tanning beds. I tried to cancel my membership today but they said they are going to charge me for another month. I was told to come in before the 17th and I went in to do it in person. But they are still going to charge me for another month. I would like someone to fix this for me.

If I could give one star I would ! The images speak for themselves! Smell of mold and complete unsanitary conditions at this location! SMH These problems need to be fixed ASAP! The water fountain filter has been on RED for years lol and now there is a sink missing in the bathroom. Roof has been in this shape for too long. This is pure neglect. Dirty I never see the workers cleaning. I’m tempted to call the health department on this place! SMH do better PF.

Where do I start?The homeless use this place to shower..Employees literally work here and clock out and go live in their cars in the parking lot..My gf informed me that the scrawny nerdy guy at the front counter won't stop trying to flirt w her even after she told him she has a bf and even followed her as if he was going into the showers with her..Ended up canceling our service and yet somehow their still charging me for a renewal fee and more club fees.. I canceled over a year ago.. and I just got a yearly club fee charge..Total scam..Stay away..

Most of the staff is awesome. But, it's never enough machines, have to wait, leaks in the building, and don't let them bill you by accident... Take a while to get your money back

The planet Fitness I go to is a good place. Cory, the late night, early morning team member is Awesome. He answers any question very professional and respectfully. He makes 4 am workouts and cool down wonderful. Update 7/23: Cory is no longer there he has gone on to greener pastures (can't blame him) Well, my gym is falling apart! The ceiling is always leaking,equipment needs repairs, etc however the fact that M-F is 24 hrs that is 1 of the 3 reasons I am still there. Press on Planet Fitness I believe in you, you can be better!
