Great gym with a convenient location (near my new apartment)! I've been to many other Planet Fitness locations. I like the vibe of this one and it's easy to keep coming back when the people are so nice.

I used to come here twice a day. Morning cardio and evening weight training. I came so often the staff knew my name. One night I couldn’t sleep, so I went for a late late workout. Well the overnight staff told me I couldn’t jump rope. Super bummed because I was NEVER stopped before. I live in a small place and love a gym environment. Guess I’ll be going elsewhere. My thanks to all the other staff for being great.

Very clean location... I recently started.... I didn’t get a tour or anything, I just signed up online went in and picked up my black card. (I did receive a free t shirt) lol. The guy who assisted me with my card and T-shirt was super awesome and informational. Haven’t seen him since Saturday. The staff that I have seen aren’t really friendly..... No smiles.... No have a great day.... Just a dull experience walking in. I asked a young lady I believe it was Sunday about something and she just had a blank dull look on her face. I guess coming from South Beach gyms I expected happy faces, motivation, information, people waiting and excited to help and greetings.... Never the less exceptional customer service when you walk to the desk. The only excitement I have had in three days about joining the gym is getting a T-shirt, a sticker, a purple pin (my fav. Color) and actually feeling sore and sweating. Maybe it will get better or it’s been a bad week... either way I’m still feeling pumped about accomplishing my goal of losing my waist lol. I would like a smile when I come in at least don’t just give the new members you don’t know a dull blank look... greet them... give them information.. tell them about the classes.... tell them about promotions... something..... be excited to work... I walk in happy go lucky and get greeted with a dull blank stare ... okkkkkk

Went in as a guest this evening, came out a black card member, lol. The staff was welcoming and friendly, the machines were labeled with instructions, it was clean, and the atmosphere was good. They sold me with the hydro-massages though!! Lol... I can't wait to go back tomorrow!

These current reviewers are discouraging me from joining this establishment, very sad , especially this Alicia person whom I read so many bad experiences with, why would she even still be there? the smells of the facility, the dirty equipment, the inconsistent help from the personnel dept is bothersome , I’d definitely have to read much better reviews before joining and and wasting my time here, management I suggest you do your job with your employees, working on they’re attitude and the importance of they’re professionalism, helpfulness to members and prospective members and the cleanliness of the facilities, and much better time management with your employees during free time instead of being preoccupied with cells phones and stand alone times, obviously there is much to do at a facility like this and from what I’m hearing it’s not the most cleanliness, with odors and greasy equipment .

I am a black card member and I must say that having the black card, is worth the price. It’s a very safe and judge-free environment. I never fell intimidated by anyone. Regardless of your gym level, whether you are a beginner or expert, you will fill at home. The staff is very friendly and ready to help.

This location, after upgrades that took place about 2 years ago, has been really good. I usually go around 22:30, and the night staff is always friendly. The new equipment is great, and I’ve never seen any of the machines being faulty/inoperative. Maybe 1-2 treadmills but that’s really it. Keep it up!

The gym is very clean. The staff members are super helpful and courteous. The atmosphere is welcoming. The building is a little small but, they still have a wide variety of machines to choose. Everyone is focused on their own thing and it is a judgement free zone! I never see anyone look at someone in a weird or demeaning manner. All of the patrons are nice. I highly recommend this gym.

This staff was NOT helpful in the least. My husband is a member of a Planet Fitness in another state & he tried to upgrade to a black card membership. The girl at the front desk told him to do it online & he said he was having trouble and …

I have only one complaint which for me is a big one. I always lose service on my phone so i cant play music and the wifi doesnt work well for streaming music. It really kills my workout vibe. Otherwise love the facility. It is always clean and the staff is pretty friendly.
